"I was with this agency for two years. I found that quite often when I called, no one answered the phone and I had to leave a message for a call back. I also found that I rarely dealt with the same person twice, I never knew who I was going to speak with. This is not the type of service I have experienced with other SF agents in my 40+ years as a SF customer. When I did get to speak to a representative, they were typically friendly and helpful. I rated 3 stars because of the inconsistency of phone contact and inability to have a dedicated agent to deal with."

There are times when we are unable to answer the phone due to the volume of calls and walk-ins. We always try and return all calls within an hour or two if not sooner. We are a large office and have 7 team members, so you won't always find the same person answering the phone but if you have one person you would like to work with, we are happy to note your file and assign that person to your household.
